Learn what to expect when connecting WhatsApp to Symbiosis.
Overview
Symbiosis uses WhatsApp context to help relationship-aware suggestions reflect the conversations you choose to connect. Setup may involve a pairing or reconnect flow, depending on what is enabled for your account and platform.
Keep WhatsApp signed in and follow the product connection flow. If the connection expires or the source app signs out, Symbiosis may ask you to pair again.
Before connecting
- Use the official Symbiosis connection flow rather than sharing credentials in a support message.
- Keep the source app signed in until setup finishes.
- Review any permission, pairing, or reconnect prompt before approving it.
- Treat availability as account-specific while Symbiosis expands access.
Common fixes
If WhatsApp context stops updating, check whether the source app is signed in, whether the pairing has expired, and whether your device or browser blocked the connection flow. Reconnect from inside Symbiosis if the product asks you to.
Privacy expectation
Connect WhatsApp only if you want Symbiosis to use that conversation context for relationship-aware assistance. Do not send message contents through the contact form unless support asks for a narrow example.
