Troubleshooting
First checks for access, browser, security, invitation, and integration issues.
Start with these checks
- Make sure you are using the same email address you used for the waitlist or invitation.
- Confirm your device is online and the relevant app or browser tab has not blocked popups, cookies, or security challenges.
- If you are setting up an integration, confirm the source app is signed in and the requested permissions are still enabled.
- If a local device integration is involved, keep the host device awake and connected while setup finishes.
Waitlist or invitation issues
Symbiosis is invitation-based while access expands. If the waitlist form does not submit, complete the security check and try again in a current browser. If you already received an invitation but cannot sign in, use the email address from the invitation and avoid forwarding the invitation to another account.
Browser or security check issues
The waitlist and contact forms may use a browser security challenge. Try:
- disabling content blockers for
insymbiosis.ai; - allowing cookies and JavaScript for the current tab;
- reloading the page after the challenge appears;
- using a current version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Integration issues
If an integration appears disconnected, check the integration-specific page first:
Availability and setup steps can vary by account, platform, and cohort. If you do not see an integration, it may not be enabled for your account yet.
Still stuck
Use the contact page to send details about what you expected, what happened, and which integration or device was involved. Screenshots can help, but avoid sending sensitive message contents unless the team asks for a specific example.
